  • RankTracker β€” our SEO tracking tool
  • AI Masterclass β€” our online course platform
  • UrbanFlow Work website β€” any data submitted through forms (contact, audit, discovery, chat)
  • Any other current or future UrbanFlow Work product where you have created an account

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion using any of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Submit a deletion request through our Legal Inquiry Form with the following details:

  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Body: Include the email address associated with your account and the specific product(s) you want your data deleted from (or state "all products")

Option 2: In-App Deletion

Where available, you may delete your account directly from within the app or product settings. Look for the "Delete Account" option in your profile or account settings.

Option 3: Contact Form

Submit a deletion request through our Contact Page. Select "Account Deletion" as the reason for your inquiry.

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may include:

  • Confirming the email address associated with your account
  • Responding to a verification email sent to your registered address
  • Providing additional identifying information in limited cases

We will never ask for sensitive information such as passwords, payment card numbers, or government-issued ID numbers as part of the verification process.

What Gets Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Account profile information: name, email address, profile picture, account preferences
  • User-generated content: any content, submissions, or data you created within the product
  • Communication history: messages sent through chat, contact forms, or support channels
  • Usage data: activity logs, interaction history, and analytics data linked to your account
  • Authentication data: login credentials and session tokens

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained even after account deletion, as required or permitted by applicable law:

  • Financial records: transaction and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting laws (e.g., IRS requirements in the USA, HMRC in the UK, or equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions)
  • Legal obligations: data required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or respond to legal claims
  • Aggregated/anonymized data: data that has been anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer be used to identify you may be retained for statistical and analytical purposes
  • Backup retention: data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days after deletion, after which it will be permanently purged
